And They Said It Was Great

"Building the Malaysian desktop rental (operating lease) business
had been challenging and rewarding at the same time, with
a good team in place. Four years on, we have around 240 corporate customers (ie. companies with PC seat base above 200 seats)
nation-wide. This year, we have expanded to Singapore as market
indicators show that there is a constant upgrade drive in PC technology
which our model can bring value to with its ongoing technology plan
that takes care of obsolescence and generates cashflow savings.
Winning the award was gratifying for it was testimony that Rentwise
is doing the right thing for our customers. We are excited about growing Rentwise market sharein both Malaysia and Singapore and running
with our 3-year expansion plan. Thank you to TBR’s international
review board for giving us the recognition."
Emily Kok, Chairman of Rentwise

"StemLife has grown since winning the Technology Business Review
Awards for Excellence in Biotechnology for Stem Cell Technology in 2006, and winning this award again is a sign of how significantly our company has expanded. During this one year, we have performed our third transplant, and have 15,000 babies’ stem cells in the bank. As a new technology, there is of course some questions about stem cell technology, but I believe that winning this award twice is a positive recognition of the viability and credibility of StemLife and stem cell technology”
Sharon Low, Managing Director of StemLife

"Congratulations to the team at Technology Business Review for
organising a marvelous event. It was a great pleasure to be invited for the
dinner and a big thank you to the Selection Committee for presenting
us the award. Indeed, it is a night to remember and a wonderful
experience for the MOFAZ family.
The ‘Excellence in Automotive’ award brings a lot of meaning to us
especially when it comes at the right moment of our 30th anniversary
celebration. Going into 30 years of continuous effort, nothing is more
important than having splendid people around us to acknowledge and
appreciate our contribution to the economy, industry and society.
It will be a milestone for us to undertake more challenges that lies
ahead and thus translates this success into other areas of business.
From a humble beginning, the company has built its image from
time to time. This recognition is marked by the hard work and incalculable effort which has been contributed by all of us at MOFAZ. We believe
the award will inspire our dreams to bring out the best of us in
leading MOFAZ to greater heights in the future.
Nevertheless, the award is an accolade to all staff who has been very dedicated in their work and also praise for those who has been with the organisation throughout all these years during the good and bad times."
Mohamed Fauzy b. Abdul Hamid,
Group President Kumpulan MOFAZ Sdn Bhd
