Volume 22
En. Saifol Shamlan,
CEO of Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd.
Trade is an integral part of any nation’s economy, not least in Malaysia where its strategic location and excess to one of the world’s major shipping routes means that Malaysia can become a trading hub. However, bureaucratic delays have meant that goods do not move as fast as possible thus hampering these efforts. That is until the advent of Dagang Net Technologies, which has been working with the Malaysian Government to facilitate the simplification of trade through its award winning ePermit systems and other innovations. En. Saifol Shamlan, Dagang Net’s CEO, talked to Technology Business Review about the company’s drive to aid the country in the development of a K-economy.
